Provide a detailed explanation of the issue and add, if needed:

  • Step-by-step scenario.
  • Screenshots
  • Screen recording showing the issue.
  • Provide the specific quote ID if relevant.
  • Detail the actual vs. expected behavior.

Define the scoop and impact of the problem:

  • Is it affecting all users/ some users/ specific users? 
  • Does it happen all the time or under specific conditions?

Having as much information as possible will enable the support team to investigate the reported issue effectively.
